I must add that the sushi we ordered was quite delicious, there was ample parking in the basement and the toilets were quite clean. They did give us a cake because of the special day, unfortunately it scarcely made up for the damage done. This was our anniversary dinner, and safe to say they ruined the night for us. I'm sure this is a normal occurrence for someone to forget an order, but why be in ear shot of the customer when u discuss this. At one point they were even confused as to who ordered what dish and we could hear them discussing among themselves as to which customer might have ordered what. The ambiance they had tried to set with the lighting was completely ruined by the sounds we heard. While waiting for the meal, we could hear the conversations of customers located quite far from us, as well as waiters shouting orders to chefs and vice versa. Mind you this place was almost empty and we couldn't even understand why such a delay took place. We ordered our meal, which took an absolutely long time to even come to us. We had to wander in quite a distance when a waiter, mind you with no smile nor an expression of being sorry for the inconvenience showed us to our seat. This was our first time here and we didn't know where anything was. my kids are very happy when we go there.To start off, we were not even greeted at the door. please do not be mad if I forgot something. The meat is on the done side, but still tender and a decent cut. The do their best to keep everything stocked. The server thing is to prevent clients from taking to much at one time, so that others can get a portion. There are american desserts, chocolate fountain and ice cream Then a decent variety of sushi and maki, pot stickers, several chinese dishes and a pho soup bar. Also fried shrimp, coconut shrimp and shrimp in shell to peel. Mashed potatoes, french fries, fresh fruit, corn on cob, cheese pizza, salad bar, a variety of baked fish, salmon, stuffed clams, baked stuffed oysters, crayfish, baked stuffed scallops, they have at least 6 soups. Monday through Thursday, Prime Rib, aus jus, Sausage, Ham.įriday, Saturday and Sunday. ![]() I spend about 20 mins eating but bringing a group you could spend a lot of time here. ![]() I rarely get my check at my table but paying at the counter isn't an issue. It's a buffet so I don't really expect to have service at my table, but I have never had an issue with the bus service. I can show up any time and be in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Finish this off with some dessert such as ice cream, fruit, or confection. Last plate is an assortment of what ever looks good at the time and to try new things. After that, my second plate is sushi, rolls, and fruit with a side of soup to wash it down and mix the flavors. I start off with a plate of seafood, pot stickers, kimchi, and fried plantains. Let me give you a run down on what I eat here. They have herbal chicken soup as well which saved me during the cold months last year. I am a big fan of egg drop and miso, and they are up to standard. They will fill you up on rice to stretch out the food budget. I would spend 4 times the amount ordering a la carte at another place. I go here probably once a week because they have food I'm not willing to make myself. I don't go to Burger King for tacos, I don't go to WinCo for steak, and I don't go to Kumi Buffet for pizza.
